Simon Salter
Simon and Andrew Salter are the Founders of consumer marketing and production studio, Limelyte. In 2020 Andrew was featured in Forbes “30 Under 30” for defining and driving the world of news and content. Simon and Andrew are best known for creating Feeling Nuts and the Feeling Nuts Comedy Night on Channel 4, engaging over 1 billion people in 157 countries and was recognised by MTV for almost “breaking the internet”. They re-launched Heavyweight Champion, David Haye with the creation of Haye Day, which resulted in network viewing records and generated £30m+ in revenues.
Alongside Benedict Cumberbatch they produce Letters Live, where a secret line-up of A-List actors have performed historical letters to 60 sold out audiences. In partnership with Velocity they created and grew the chat-based lifestyle platform Velocity Black which in 18-months of launch grew Velocity’s revenues by over 23,000%. They followed this up with creating Velocity for Business; enabling luxury brands to be powered by Velocity technologies, securing Rolls Royce as the launch partner in a multi-million dollar deal.
In 2019 they partnered with Kofi Annan to create Indaba X, a festival showcasing the new Black Renaissance at The Southbank and joined forces with Event Horizon to grow the worlds largest hip hop festival Rolling Loud outside of North America. This year they are developing a platform to democratise the art market, re-launching Johnnie Walker, building TVC; an early stage VC digital investment platform, launching Mosa Meat; the pioneering slaughter-free meat company and growing their own mushroom tea wellness brand, Dirtea.
